The design utilizes a sophisticated, tiered structure that ensures every level remains connected to the horizon. Clean horizontal lines are balanced by a warm, organic material palette that keeps the contemporary geometry feeling grounded and approachable. By integrating recessed glazing and open-air balconies, the home captures constant sea breezes and the ever-changing coastal light.
