This 7,500sf Santa Monica property was completely remodeled with a new pool, hardscape, and landscaping, yet retains its historical significance. The existing 2,000sf Single Family Residence was substantially reconfigured to a much more contemporary look and functionality. It was also refitted with complete new exterior and interior finishes. Approximately 600sf were also added for a new Guest Suite and the existing detached garage was re-built in a different location in order to improve the use of the rear yard as well as the Indoor-Outdoor relationship.
